Davis worked with the University of Alabama to renovate the aging Alabama Aquatic Center. The project included a complete renovation of the 50-meter training and competition pool and a brand new 25-yard pool. The renovation included new access building controls, lighting, technology upgrades, and finishes. The project upgraded the entrance lobby, office spaces, natatorium, team lounge area, training and locker rooms, spectator seating, and mechanical and support spaces. The exterior work included cleaning, upgrades signs, and new landscaping. The renovation provided the swimming and diving teams a state-of-the-art training and competition facility and a venue at the university to host competitive events.

Exterior upgrades included masonry crack repair, new single-ply membrane roofing, replacement of corrugated metal panels with translucent glazing, downspout replacement, and new louvers and sectional glass doors that open into the existing 50m pool.
