The Roth Athletic Center is an expansion to the Wayne Densch Sports Complex at the University of Central Florida.  Davis was selected to design the fit-out of a two-story shell, including structural and MEP systems.  Programmatic features of the expansion for the first floor encompass primarily football-related team spaces such as expanded restrooms for the existing locker room, a player lounge with a game room, and meeting rooms.  The remaining area includes soccer team spaces (locker rooms, meeting room, training room, and hydrotherapy room), Hall of Fame lobby, and the Golden Knights service center.  The second-floor expansion includes administrative offices for the athletic department, coaches’ offices for multiple sports, and an exercise room to serve all athletic staff.
